8 months old! He just started standing up (when holding onto something). He claps his hands, is starting to wave, loves to crawl around, and eats everything he gets his hands on. He's a happy little guy!

Christmas Morning
We woke up to snow! It was the best Christmas present of all and our favorite part of the day. It FINALLY felt like Christmas!
Carter was past delighted with the DSi Santa brought him! He was VERY surprised! Later he told me that he isn't going to make a list or as Santa for anything specific ever again. He said he likes it to be a surprise and Santa got him something way cooler than anything he asked for! :) He's a cutie and very appreciative of the things he gets. For the record-he was asking for a $100 robot dog he saw on TV :)
Matson got a marble set! He loves it! He can't say his "r" sound so he tells everyone he got a "mawwble set". It's the cutest thing ever! He also got an imaginext set (that he has not interest in-although he plays with his other Imaginext toys everyday) and Pokémon figures.
The little guy was interested in climbing in the boxes and trying to eat the wrapping paper! His favorite was this yarn Emily got with a knitting set! He got a Scout dog from Santa. He had no interest in opening anything else. Some of his gifts are still wrapped in our closet. He's getting them for his birthday! :)
Carter also got a Magic Set and the game Battleship and loves both!
The girls got a Karoake machine! They love it and I love hearing them sing away up in their room!
Kelsie also got boots, scrapbook stuff, etc..
Emily got craft supplies, but her favorite were these two little Barbies that I bought off the yardsale sight. :)
Matson spent most of the morning trying to keep Tanner from choking to death on his little pokemon figures and other small toys. It really is a full time job! He eats everything he sees!
Tanner and Emily! We had a great Christmas break full of jammies, resting, and sleeping in late!Nativity 2014

January
Matson went to itty bitty basketball firv2 weeks with his buddy, Grady! Fun times and he even posed with Lenny Lion on the last day- he's usually hesitant of dressed up characters :).
Carter started his first season of Junior Jazz Basketball! John and I love watching him play. He made 2 baskets during his first game. He absolutely loves it! Yay! John is SO happy about that!
The boys helped john build shelves in the storage room. They love helping their dad. Next project: finish the basement!!
Little Tanner got his hair cut for the first time and looks so much older now :(. Here's all 3 boys with their new cuts!
I saved very few things after matson outgrew them. These pajamas were my favorite so I couldn't bear to give them away. Now I know why. He's adorable in them :)
Tanner can officially crawl all the way up the stairs! He's do proud of himself and is into everything!
SCHOOL musical TIME!!!
Kelsie tried out for the Junior High play, Willy Wonka and was cast as a candy kid! She's excited!
Emily auditioned and got into the elementary musical, Aladdin. She is one of Jasmines attendants! They've both started practice and love it.

Fall Highlights
John celebrated his 38th birthday. The kids made this fun poster for him!
Kelsie had her 1st orchestra concert. I can't believe how much she's learned in just a couple of months on the violin. The concert was impressive!
Matson and I went with our preschool friends to the fire station on a field trip!
We bought this little guy a high chair and he is delighted to join us at the table (even if we still don't give him any food to eat). He loves his new chair!
Someone is getting way too big for the bouncy seat! :)
The girls performed in Oklahoma at the Lehi Arts Center! They spent the fall doing a 6 week workshop in Lehi.
Enjoyed some trips to the canyon to enjoy the fall weather and colors.
Love this little guy to pieces! He's so happy and smiley!
We had a crazy, but memorable fall!
Reflections
Carter won 1st place for Photography! He was pretty proud of his giant camera medal!
Emily won 2nd place in 3D art for her "Recycle to Save the Earth" sculpture.
Kelsie won 1st place in Photography at the Junior High Level. So proud of all 3 of them for their hard work on their projects! They did a great job! This year Kelsie and Carter's projects went on to the regional competition.
