It's official. Carter is our earliest walker. The first clip shows his first, shaky steps about a week ago. He was just delighted with himself and got excessive amounts of praise from his parents and two VERY excited big sisters. He spent lots of time practicing his walking. Pretty much that's all he's interested in doing right now. He was walking all over within a couple of days...and bending down and getting back up...and turning himself around in a circle. We are super impressed by his skills, in case you couldn't tell! The last clip is from today. He's pretty steady now, but we already miss watching him march around with his little arms stuck out for balance.

Yay, Carter! He does so well. It is amazing how fast they take off when they figure it out!! How fun!
I can't believe he is already walking! WOW! He is so cute! Those are such fun stages, a baby's first. I bet you guys are all really excited. It is fun to have the older siblings to help with the new processes. Your life will never be the same! :)
He is so cute! I can't believe he's walking already - when Landon is that age, he will hopefully be crawling. I loved watching the little videos - my favorite was listening to you and John - that was too funny!!! I love how excited we can get as parents - I think it's the best part of parenting and someday Carter will love watching your enthusiasm!!
What a cutie!! I don't remember when his birthday is--how old is he??? I think it's official that it has been too long since we've seen each other. I really am going to call this week.
