This was Carter's first trip to the zoo and he loved all the animals. He was talking to them and saying "hi" and "bye" to each one. Kelsie also loved it--she loves all animals and wants to be a vet when she grows up. Emily wasn't so interested in the animals. She refused to get out of the stroller and told me that the animals "all stink"! She was only interested in getting to the playground to play. I'm not much of a zoo person myself, but I loved seeing all the new baby animals that have recently been born. We saw a baby elephant, baby giraffe, and a baby monkey. They were so adorable. I could have spent the whole day watching the baby elephant roll a ball around with his trunk. It was really fun!

Oh, the baby animals ARE cute! And I LOVED the video of Carter hating his dinosaur jammies! How funny! I can't believe how well he talks. I know Maddox is a slow talker (he just started saying Mama last week, and only then when I was holding chocolate as ransom), but Carter is amazing! And we actually don't put Maddox in footie pjs either, but that's mainly because his feet are too big for them that his toes have to bend and his feet get all gross! But I don't think he'd be able to tell us he didn't want them quite so well! Maybe just a roar? Anyway, your kids are about the cutest things ever! Miss you guys!
